An Adapt and Evolve Project Management methodology (Agile) 

Ostiary uses the Adapt and Evolve methodology to develop applications. It has become the primary way for the team to manage and deliver complex systems.

Agility is a pre-requisite to being able to adapt and evolve quickly

Continuous Larning is the pre-requisite to being able to evolve in the right direction

The end goal of the project management methodology is to enable teams to "evolve" an idea , product or system so that it meets some defined need as measured by the end user

• Agile - the ability to maintain ones momentum and balance while changing ones direction in response to a stimulus.
• Adaptive - the ability to change and fit into any NEW environment 
• Iterative -  the act of repeating a process with the aim of approaching a desired goal or target or result
• Evolve - to change over time in a desired direction
