Business Requirements are a statement of needs. It is a request from the business to implement some change using IT. The list of changes is an “inventory” of needs and “change requests “and form the backlog of changes that need to be managed.
Identifying, defining and clearly expressing these needs represents the most critical phase in the development of a business application, web site, infrastructure or product.
Managing the constant ”flow” of these requests for change is perpetual challenge for the business and IT teams .
