Control Access to your documents
When you send a document by email or make it available on a secure document management system you cant do the following
Wikis can only secure documents at the my “space” or my “project” level . So EVERYONE with access to the “project” can access ALL documents. There is no fine grained controls at the document level .
With Ostiary access rights are set at the Document and Blog level. Rights can be set for a GROUP or each individual .
