How do I pay for the Service?
At the moment payment is by Credit Card only
Do I manually pay every month or do you Auto Deduct from my account
We will auto deduct your monthly dues from your Credit card
What is the frequency of billing?
Billing will be on a monthly basis and payment is one month in advance
What happens if I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at anytime. Your account will terminate at the end of your monthly billing cycle. If you cancel halfway through a billing cycle there will be no a refund
Who pays for the service ?
The “Author” or person “creating, securing and sharing” documents or blog pays for the service. ALL Readers and Collaborators are FREE.
What if a Reader/Collaborator wants to create and share a document or blog ?
IF a Reader wants to create and share a document they would simply upgrade from a FREE Reader status to a PAID Author status
Will I be able to increase my Storage
Yes . If you get close to your maximum storage you will be able to ADD more storage to your account.
Why do you need my credit card during the free Trial period
When you register you automatically get a 30 day Free Trial period. We require your Credit card to enable us to “setup” your account fro after the trial period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade
Yes you will be able to upgrade or downgrade your account
Are there any Termination fees?
There are NO termination fees
How does your refund policy work?
If you are not satisfied with the service then we will refund you the last full month of the service fee.
Can we pay for Ostiary a year in advance?
At this stage we have not put in place the ability to pay quarterly, 6 monthly or yearly in advance.
Do you accept POs or payment by check?
At this stage we do not accept PO’s or payment by check
If we upgrade will we be billed twice this month?
If you upgrade you will be billed at the new rate at the start of your new billing period
If we downgrade will we be prorated?
If you downgrade you will be billed at the new rate at the start of your new billing period
