Ostiary manages two address books
When you “share” documents or blogs if the person is not in your Ostiary Address Book then the system adds the name . If the person is not a registered Ostiary user the system automatically sends hen an invitation from you to download and use Ostiary .
Users can use eh “central” address book to update their personal address book . In this way if a users changes their address details it will automatically get reflected in your personal book
Groups
The Address book lets you create “groups “ such as “The Marketing Group” , “Project ABC” “Development Team” and you can add contacts from your address book to the groups
